Synthesis of Li_2ZnSiO_4 by Sol-Gel Method and Its Ionic Conductivity

摘要 用溶胶凝胶法制备了锂离子导体Li2 ZnSiO4的纯相。实验结果表明 ,与传统固相制备方法相比 ,用这种方法可以使Li2 ZnSiO4的生成温度降低 ,应用交流阻抗谱技术测定了样品烧结体的离子导电性。 Lithium ionically conducting single-phase Li 2ZnSiO 4 samples have been prepared by a sol-gel method.Ionic conductivity was determined by means of AC impedance technique.Compared with the samples by the conventional solid state reaction,the experimental results show that Li 2ZnSiO 4 can be obtained at lower temperature and the sample has an ionic conductivity in the order of 10 -6 S·cm -1 .
