摘要
目的:观察封闭式负压持续引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage)治疗糖尿病足的疗效,探索和总结合理有效的护理措施。方法:将84例糖尿病足随机分为VSD组和对照组(使用藻酸盐、水胶体泡沫、水凝胶)治疗16周后,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗期间伤口完全愈合:VSD组64.3%,对照组40.5%(P<0.05)。伤口完全愈合的中位时间:VSD组58.2天,对照组72.6天(P<0.001)。截肢率:VSD组无1例截肢,对照组3例(7.1%)截肢。结论:VSD作为糖尿病足的一种治疗措施,可以缩短治疗时间,增加治愈率,减少并发症的发生。而合理、有效护理措施是保证疗效的重要因素。
Objective：To diabetic foot and summarize randomly into VSD group and The wound was healed during study the therapeutic effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）in treatment of the nursing experience.Methods：84 patients with diabetic foot were divided control group ,and their therapeutic efficacy was observed after 16 weeks. Results： treatment in 64.3 % and 40.5% of patients of VSD and control group, respectively （P〈0.05）. The median time of complete healing was 58.2 days in VSD group,and 72.6 days in control group （P〈 0.001）. Amputation rate： VSD group no case,control group 3 cases （7.1%）. Conclusion： VSD as a treatment for diabetic foot can shorten treatment time,increase cure rate and reduce complications;reasonable and effective nursing care is an important factor to ensure the therapeutic efficacy.
