摘要
国际工程实施过程中,物价上涨是承包商面临的常见风险之一,而调价公式的应用是规避这一风险的重要手段。本文基于FIDIC合同条款对调价的规定,介绍了国际工程承包中常见的调价方式,分析了不同调价公式的应用,并给出了国际工程承包中应用调价公式的建议。
Application of price adjustment formula is an effective measurement to balance the rise of material price, which is the normal risk in the execution of international engineering. Based on the FIDIC conditions of contract, the usual methods of price adjustment are introduced in this paper, the application of each price adjustment formula is analyzed, and the suggestion is given accordingly.
