摘要
对影响铝/钢复合管冷轧开裂的因素进行了研究,从轧制的加工率、送进量及润滑剂三方面对复合管开裂的影响进行了分析。在润滑剂确定的情况下,导致轧制开裂的主要因素有两个:管材的相对壁厚越薄,越易开裂;管材的外径小于轧辊直径,管材容易开裂。选择合适的润滑剂和送进量,可以避免轧制开裂。
The influence factors on cold rolling crack of aluminum / steel composite pipe are studied, From three aspects of rolling processing rate,feed and lubricant, composite tube cracking is analyzed. With the lubricant identified, there are two main factors of rolling crack. The thinner the pipe relative wall thickness is, the easilier the pipe cracks. When the outside diameter of the pipe is less than the diameter of the roll, the pipe cracks easilier. Choosing a suitable lubricant and feed can avoid rolling crack.
