钢在塑性变形加工时呈现的物理性能分析

Analysis of Physical Properties of Steel During Plastic Deformation Process

摘要 钢在塑性变形时的硬化曲线,只考虑了变形程度对抗力的影响。根据塑性加工的基本理论,提出变形抗力与变形程度、温度、速度三者之间的关系式。采用试验的方法得出它们之间的曲线,通过模拟,归纳出基本方程。最终推导出与材料性能抗拉强度有关的塑性条件方程。 The influence of deformation degree on resistance in the hardening curve was singly considered in steel plastic deformation. The functions of the relations of the plastic resistance with the deformation degree, temperature and velocity were proposed on the basis of the plastic forming theory. The curves were drawn by testing method. The equation was concluded by simulation. Finally, the relative plastic conditional equation about materials performance was derived.
