摘要
为了实现染色工艺过程中碱液浓度的实时检测及保证产品质量,研制了一种碱浓度计。该仪器以高速51微控制器C8051F060为控制核心,采用电导法原理实现碱液浓度的测量。并在仪器中构建了CANopen从站,可以实现高速、高可靠性的数据通信,并构成分布式测控网络。实验证明:该仪器主、从站通信可靠,精度满足染色工艺要求。
In this study, A NaOH concentration meter is developed for dyeing processes, in order to ensure real-time detection of NaOH concentration and hence high product quality. The critical control unit of the meter is a C8051F060 microcontroller, and the NaOH concentration is measured by the principle of conductivity. A CANopen slave is constructed in the instrument, such that high- speed and high reliability data communication, and distributed network control are achieved. Experimental results show that the master and slave stations communicate reliablly and the control accuracy meets the requirements of dyeing processes.
