摘要
目的:观察麝香乌龙丸对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠滑膜组织形态及巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响,探讨麝香乌龙丸的抗炎作用是否与调节以上两种因子的表达有关。方法:建立AA大鼠模型,分正常组、模型组、麝香乌龙丸低剂量组、麝香乌龙丸高剂量组进行研究,HE染色观察关节滑膜组织形态学变化,免疫组织化学方法检测MIF、ICAM-1的表达。结果:麝香乌龙丸低剂量组、高剂量组均能减轻关节滑膜病理积分,均能降低MIF、ICAM-1在AA大鼠滑膜组织的表达,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),麝香乌龙丸低剂量组和高剂量组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:麝香乌龙丸抑制AA大鼠炎症进展的作用机制与调节MIF、ICAM-1的表达有关。
Objectives : To observe the effects of Shexiang Wulong Pill on morphology of the synovial membrane and expres- sion of macrophage migration inhibitory (MIF) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 ( ICAM-1 ) in synovial membrane of adjuvant arthritis rats, and explore whether the mechanism of anti-inflammatory were concerned-with those two factors and adjustment of the expression. Methods: Establishing adjuvant induced arthritis rats as experimental model, divided into normal group, model group, Shexiangv Wulong low and high dosages group randomly. HE dyes and observing the joint-synovium pathological change, detecting the expression level of MIF and ICAM-1. Results: The Ahexiang Wulong Pill group could reduce joint synovial patho- logical score and the expression of MIF, ICAM-1 (P〈0.05). Compared with Shexiang Wulong low-dose group and high-dose group, there were no differences. Conclusion: Shexiang Wulong Pill can restrain the inflammation progress of experimental rheumatoid arthritis rat, the mechanism has related to the adjustment of expression of MIF and ICAM-1.
