摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX2)的表达与大肠癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测44例大肠癌患者肠黏膜标本中COX2的表达情况。结果 COX2的表达在不同TNM的分期组、有无浆膜浸润组及有无淋巴结转移组中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COX2表达与大肠癌侵袭、转移呈正相关,其表达增加提示大肠癌有较高的恶性生物学行为。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of COX2 and the invasiveness and metastasis of colon carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of COX2 in 44 intestinal mucosa specimens in patients with colon carcinoma.Results The expression level of COX2 has significant difference in the different patients with different TNM classifications,with or without serous membrane invasion,with or without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expression level of COX2 has positive correlation with the invasiveness and metastasis of colon carcinoma.We presume the up-regulated expression of COX2 may play an important role in the metastasis of colon carcinoma.It also indicates that colon carcinoma has worse biological character.
