摘要
少数民族大学生具有多民族性、多信仰性、多文化性等特点,要做好他们的思想政治教育工作,必须积极借鉴和吸收多元文化教育理念的积极因素,取其精华,博采众长,结合我国实际大力推动其本土化,探索具有中国特色的少数民族大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。
The multi-ethnic,multi-faith and multi-cultural nature of minority college students decides that they are very sensitive to the transmutation of various cultural concepts.In order to make the ideological and political education work better for minority college students,we must learn from the positive factors of multicultural education concept,vigorously promote its localization combined with China＇s reality and explore effective ways of ideological and political education of minority college students with Chinese characteristics.
