摘要
目的:通过中药中总汞的直接测定法的研究,为中药中汞的检测提供另一种选择。方法:采用Milestone DMA-80汞直接分析仪,在适当工作参数条件下,进行汞的直接分析,并与AFS和ICP-MS的测定结果进行比较。结果:工作曲线范围(0 ng～600 ng)内,线性良好。标准参考物质的测定值均在给定值范围内,加标回收率在84%～112%之间,最低检出限为0.8μg/kg,测定结果与AFS法和ICP-MS的结果基本一致。结论:该方法准确灵敏、精密度好,无需前处理过程,缩短了中药中汞的分析周期,具有良好的应用前景,为中药中汞的检测提供了另一种选择。
Objective：To establish a direct method for mercury analysis in TCM without any sample preparation,providing a selection for mercury analysis.Methods：The analysis was performed from samples with an advanced mercury analytical instrument Milestone DMA-80.The result was compared with that obtained by AFS and ICP-MS.Results：Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0 ng～600 ng.The measured value of standard material was not out of the range of given reference data.The recoveries were in the range of 84%～112%.The detection limit of the method was 0.8 μg/kg.Compared with results of AFS and ICP-MS,the results were consistent.Conclusion：The method is precise,accurate and sensitive,time-saving,and applicable to determine mercury in TCM.
