摘要
采用虚拟接触载荷法真实模拟半圆柱体与带有氧化层的平板之间的接触现象 ,研究了接触表面、表层及基体内部的弹塑性应力分布特征 .研究发现 ,材料的变形刚度、屈服强度及表面摩擦力等因素对应力分布有显著影响 ,塑性屈服一般发生在表层下部 z/ a约为 0 .8处 。
The virtual contact loading method is applied to simulate the contact phenomenon between half cylinder and plate with oxidized sheet. The elasto plastic stress distribution laws among the contact surface, subsurface and inner of plate are studied in detail. It is found that the deformation stiffness, yield stress and frictional stress of the materials have great effect on the stress distributions, plastic yield generally occurs at z/a ≈0.8 below the surface and there is an abrupt stress change on the interface between oxidized sheet and basic plate.
