摘要
从主管机构、适用范围、监管手段等方面对REACH法规进行解读,剖析REACH法规对我国医药行业的影响,并结合我国医药行业特点提出可行对策。
This paper,by researching on the REACH regulation from the aspects of regulatory agency,scope .and administration measures,analyses the influences of REACH regulation on Pharmaceutical industry and puts forward some countermeasures based on China＇ s pharmaceutical industry.
