介绍电收尘的结构原理及其在生产过程中的重要地位,同时认真分析了电收尘振打系统的减速机、轴承、联轴器等因设计缺陷而导致的各种故障,故障原因及解决方法也通过文中详尽的分析计算过程得以提出解决。
This paper introduces the electric dust precipitator structure principle and its important position in the production process, and analyzes the electrostatic precipitator rapping system of reducer, bearing, coupling due to design defects caused by fault. The fault causes and solutions are put forward through the detailed analysis and calculation.
