摘要
目的:观察竹红乙素光动力作用对卵巢癌细胞克隆形成的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法计算细胞的存活率;通过细胞克隆实验观察竹红乙素光动力作用对细胞克隆形成的影响。结果:卵巢癌细胞经竹红乙素光动力处理后,存活率及克隆形成率明显降低。结论:竹红乙素光动力作用可明显抑制卵巢癌细胞H08910的克隆形成。
Objectives:To explore the effect of hypecrellin B - induced photedynamic therapy on cell clone formation of ovarian ceils. Methods: The cell survival rate was assessed using MTT assay. The cell cl6ne formation was observed using clone assay after photodynamic treatment of hypecrellin B. Result: The cell survival rate and cell clone formation rate of ocarian cancer cells were significantly decreased after photodynamic treatment of hypecrellin B. Conclution: Hypecrellin B- induced photedynamic therapy can significant inhibit the cloneformation of ovarian cancer cells HO8910.
