摘要
目的:寻找取出绝经后妇女IUD简单,安全费用低廉的方法。方法:将144例绝经后要求取环的妇女随机分观察组和对照组。观察组用尼尔雌醇配合米索前列醇,对照组用尼尔雌醇。结果:宫颈软化,镇痛及取器成功率观察组明显优于对照组。结论:尼尔雌醇配合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女IUD的取出,其疗效满意且简便易行。
Objective：To explore the simple,safety and less cost method of removing IUD to postmenopausal women. Methods： 144 postmenopausal women who requested to be removed IUD wrer divided into observe group and control group in which observe group used nilestriol combined with misoprostol while control group used nilestriol. In two groups,the emolliate degree of cervix,effective ofanalgesia and achievement ratio of removing IUD were compared. Results： Observe group were better in emoUiate＇ degree of cervix,effective of analgesia and achievement ratio of removing IUI than control group in which there were statistically different in two groups. Conclusion： Nilestriol combined with misoprostol for removing IUD in postmenopausal women is curative effect and convenient.
