摘要
采用环氧树脂模型对直齿圆柱齿轮精锻凹模进行试验模拟 ,根据齿形模的结构和受力特点 ,采用径向系列切片 ,对每一切片进行一次正射和两次斜射来实现在一个模型上进行全场应力的测取和分析。通过对光弹图象的处理 ,获得了直齿精锻圆柱齿轮凹模的内壁应力分布。
Gear precision forging is a new method of metal processing. The epoxy resin model is used to simulate the spur cylinderical gear precision forging die. According to the die structure and stress formulation, the radial series cutting slice is used to calculate and analyse the stress field of model. The front ray for one time and oblique ray for two times are used in a a slice. The photoelasticity graph is disposed by numerical method. The stress distribution of die cavity is obtained.
