摘要
介绍应用F1-60MR可编程控制器解决高精度半片轴瓦镗床定点制动技术难题 ,并对刀具位置检测和位置调整方法进行了讨论。给出了该控制系统的PLC控制框图。
The technical problems of fixed_point braking for high_accuracy half_piece bearing liner borer which are solved by F1_60MR PLC are presented. The cutting tool positioning and measuring methods are discussed.The PLC control graph of control system is also provided.
