摘要
首先在总结前人研究的基础上,采用改进后的试验研究方法,在多相流动热态试验台上对水平管加热段内空气煤粉混合气流的传热特性进行了实验研究,得出了热空气与煤粉在加热段内的换热准则Nu数,然后进行相应的误差分析和建立相应的数学模型,应用实验得出的换热准则Nu数,采用数值模拟的方法对空气煤粉气流在水平加热段内传热特性进行了计算。
Based on the studies of some researchers,the improved method of experimental study is adopted on the gas\|solid multiphase flowing test apparatus,for study on the heat transfer characteristics of gas\|solid(powder coal)flow in horizontal heating section in tube the Nu number of heat transfer is obtained.Then,the error\|analysis is done and the correseponding mathematical model is made.Through the numerical simulation to the heat transfer between air and powder coal of mixturl flow in horizontal tube with Nu number presented by above experiment, the rezults show that the Nu number has great accuracy.
