摘要
ITCC自20世纪90年代在石化行业应用至今已得到了极大的认可和完善,为保证ITCC在炼化行业实际生产中能发挥更大的作用,保证机组平稳、安全和长周期运行,有必要对ITCC的技术和实施进行全方位的深入研究。在介绍ITCC的发展历史、现状、发展趋势、组成、结构、特点、工作原理和综合控制功能的基础上,给出了目前国内类似项目广泛应用的ITCC整体方案,提出了设计及选型原则。
ITCC has been profoundly accepted and perfected since its application in petrochemical industry in 1990s. To ensure that ITCC can play a greater role in practical production of petrochemical industry, and the unit can run stably and safely in a long term, it is necessary to conduct comprehensive and deep investigation on the technology and implementation of ITCC. Based on introduction of ITCC＇s history, current situation, development trend, composition, configuration, characteristics, working principle and integrated control function, current integrated schemes of ITCC widely used in similar domestic projects are described, design and type selection principles are put forward.
