风电并网电力系统无功补偿动态性能研究 被引量:20

摘要 分析风电场并网运行存在的不稳定性因素,为满足国家电网公司对风电场并网提出的技术要求,需增设无功补偿装置提高其运行的稳定性。本文先建立目前主流的无功补偿装置的模型,以典型风力发电场为研究对象,以Matlab/Simulink为平台,实现风电场的电气输电系统、各种风速的建模。结合风电并网系统案例,在假定电网故障的情况下,分别对加入静止无功补偿器(SVC)和静止无功发生器(SVG)的风电场进行仿真。得到的结果可以证明两者在风电场无功补偿方面的积极作用,并对两者的性能优劣进行对比。 For meeting technical requirement to wind power grid system proposed by State Grid Cor- poration of China and through analysis of the unstable factors of wind power grid, the reactive com- pensation device is needed to improve operation stability of the grid. In this paper, the model of presently prevail reactive power compensation device, the typical wind power plant is taken as re- search object and Matlab/Simulink platform to achieve modeling of electrical power transmission and various wind velocities of wind power farm. The wind farm with SVC and SVG added respectively is simulated in the combination of wind power grid example and under assumption of grid fault. The ac- tive role of them at the aspect of reactive power compensation can be proved by the obtained result, as well as strength and weakness of both performances is compared.
