摘要
通过试验研究、现场调整和设备的优化改造 ,在煤粉细度满足要求 ( R90 =8%~ 1 0 %) ,且分离器有较好的细度调节特性的前提下 ,制粉系统出力得到提高 ,制粉单耗降低 ,煤粉均匀性提高 ,锅炉飞灰可燃物明显下降 ,减少了锅炉受热面磨损 ,提高了整个锅炉机组运行的安全性 ,取得了很好的经济效益。
Through test,research,on site adjusting and equipment improvement,the pulverized coal making system output and coal uniformity had increased,as well the per consumption,the combustible substance in fly ash and boiler heating surface wear depression decreaded.Thus the wholeeconomic feature of boiler operation had improved under condition of keeping separator with good coal fineness regulating feature.
