摘要
针对我国电力系统长期沿用的“继电保护正确动作率”统计方法存在的缺点 ,提出了新的统计和计算方法 ,对提高我国继电保护的设计。
For existed statistics method shortcoming of“relay correct operating rate”which is used by electric power systemof our country for a long time,the paper provides a new statistics and calculation method which will give important direction to relay protection design,manufacture and operation administration in our country.
