摘要
以丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯为原料,采用溶液自由基聚合方式合成了一种非聚醚型原油破乳剂。对胜利油田孤岛采油厂二号联原油进行破乳实验,结果表明,该非聚醚型破乳剂在较低加药量和较低温度下破乳具有脱水率高、脱出水色清的特点,非聚醚型破乳剂与现场聚醚型药剂具有良好的配伍性,复配后破乳效果有明显的提高。现场应用试验结果表明,该非聚醚型破乳剂对胜利油田孤岛采油厂二号联原油破乳脱水效果显著,完全满足现场生产需要。
A novel kind of non-polyether demulsifier was prepared through free radical polymerization of acrylate and acrylic acid in butanone-2. It showed that the novel demulsifiers are efficient for breaking water-in-oil emulsions of Gudao Shengli. The results of experiments operated in lab and oil field, showed that the demulsifing performance is better either than the performance of the novel non-polyether demulsifiers or the performance of polyether demulsifiers used in Shengli, when the samples are using together. It appears that the novel demulsifiers have the potential to be used in Shengli oil field,fully meeting the need of application
