摘要
采用微格教学模式,将实习医生在口腔颌面外科临床实习中对患者疾病的诊疗过程进行摄录,对其各种临床技能进行综合评价。实习医生通过观看录像,纠正不足之处,可有效掌握口腔颌面外科主要临床技能。
Based on the micmteaching method, to record the processes in the treatment of patients of interns, the interns＇ clinical skills have been appraised. For preparing the self-evaluation, interns watch the video and correct the shortcomings, it helps the interns develop their clini- cal skills effectively.
