废革胶原水刺非织造材料对重金属吸附性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用皮革边角料疏解成的废革胶原纤维与高亲水涤纶混合,通过气流成网、水刺缠结等工艺制成的非织造材料可作为一种新型吸附剂,能去除Cu2+等重金属离子,有效地应用于环保领域。研究了不同水刺加工参数对废革胶原水刺非织造材料Cu2+吸附效果的影响,并从实际生产的印染废水中取样,进行了重金属吸附试验。结果表明:废革胶原水刺非织造材料对Cu2+有很好的吸附性能,水刺工艺参数对材料的吸附效果有一定影响;在水刺压力14.0 MPa、输网帘速度2 m/min条件下制得的废革胶原水刺非织造材料,在温度为30℃时对Cu2+的吸附率达79%;废革胶原水刺非织造材料能够有效吸附印染废水中的Mg、Fe等重金属元素。 The nonwovens made by waste leather collagen fibers which be defibered by scrap leather mixed with high hydrophilic polyester fiber throughout airlaid forming and entanglement process could bc used as a new type of adsorbent, they could remove heavy metal ions such as cooper ions, and be utilized in environmental protection field effectively. The influence of waste leather collagen fibers spunlaced non- wovens prepared by various spunlace process on adsorption effect of cooper ions were discussed. Ti^e adsorption test adopted actual dye waste. The test results indicated that waste leather collagen fibers spunlaced nonwovens had good adsorption effect of cooper ions, and spunlace process parameters had influence on adsorption effect. Under the water-jetting pressure of 14.0 MPa and conveyor speed of 2 m/min, the prepared waste leather collagen fibers spunlaced nonwovens had adsorption rate of 79% to cooper ions at temperature of 30 ℃. The waste leather collagen fibers spunlaced nonwovens could absorb heavy metal elements including Mg and Fe in dye waste effectively.
