配电故障统计分析系统的实现及管理

摘要 随着工农业生产的发展和居民生活水平的提高,电网负荷急剧增加,配电故障也随着增长,如何科学地对配电故障进行统计和预测,开展配电设备的预维修(即状态维修)工作,达到降低排障费用,减少故障次数,从而提高供电企业的经济效益是系统运行的主要目的。配电故障统计分析系统实现了故障受理、故障统计、故障维修管理、故障分析、信息发布等配电故障信息流转管理业务的自动化,该系统对供电企业提高配电故障管理能力,提高工作效率和服务质量有重大作用。 With the agricultural and industrial development and the improvement of people's living standard, the load of electrical network has incredibly increased,thus resulting in the increase of distribution fault. This system is focusing on how to scientifically figure and predict the distribution fault,to maintain the power dis- tribution equipment (state-based maintenance),to reduce the cost of clearing fault,and to reduce the times of fault occurrence, thereby increasing the economic benefit of power supply entities. The distribution fault statistics and analysis system has implemented the automatic process from fault information flow to manage- ment service, for example, fault information receipt,fault maintenance management,fault statistics,fault anal- ysis,information broadcast. Therefore,this system is very important for the power supply entities to improve fault management in distribution network and to improve work efficiency and service quality.
