磨煤机进口端盖裂纹的焊接

摘要 河门口电厂5号炉甲侧磨煤机型号为DTM287/470,大修时发现端盖上有多处裂纹,影响机组的安全运行。在无备品可换的情况下,为保证机组正常运行,决定采用现场焊接修复,采用了特殊冷焊焊补工艺。获得了满意的结果。文章介绍了补焊工艺的方法。
