前列地尔联合舒血宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效观察 被引量：17

摘要 目的观察前列地尔联合舒血宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将125例后循环缺血性眩晕患者随机分为2组。治疗组:前列地尔注射液10μg(入小壶)加入100mL生理盐水和舒血宁注射液20mL加入250mL生理盐水静滴,1次/d,连用14d。对照组:复方丹参注射液20mL加入生理盐水250mL中静滴,1次/d,连用14d。结果治疗组显愈率(73.44%)、总有效率(95.31%)明显优于对照组(34.43%、85.25%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔联合舒血宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著,值得临床推广。
