摘要
目的探讨归芪猪蹄汤对环磷酰胺致骨髓抑制模型大鼠造血功能的影响。方法应用环磷酰胺腹腔注射建立骨髓抑制模型大鼠,观察高、低剂量归芪猪蹄汤对模型大鼠外周血白细胞、脾结节计数、骨髓DNA含量及骨髓病理形态的影响。结果归芪猪蹄汤可显著提高骨髓模型大鼠血白细胞计数(P<0.05),其中高剂量组优于低剂量组。高剂量组可提高模型大鼠脾结节计数和骨髓DNA含量(P<0.05);归芪猪蹄汤对模型大鼠骨髓组织造血细胞及巨核细胞数的减少有不同程度的恢复作用,对脂肪组织的增加有一定的抑制作用,其中高剂量组疗效显著。结论归芪猪蹄汤可明显改善环磷酰胺致骨髓抑制大鼠的造血功能。
Objective To explore the effects of soup with angelica,astragalus and pig’s trotters on hematopoietic function of the myelosuppressed model rats induced by cyclophosphamide(CY).Methods The myelosuppressed model rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of CY.The effects high and moderate doses of soup with angelica,astragalus and pig’s trotters on model rats were observed following these indexes,such as white blood cell count(WBC),splenic nodules count,bone marrow DNA and bone marrow pathology morphology.Results Soup with angelica,astragalus,and pig’s trotters can increase WBC and splenic nodules count in immunosuppressive model rats significantly(P〈0.05)and the effect of high-dose group is better compared with moderate-dose gropu.The splenic nodules count and bone marrow DNA in high-dose group were significantly improved(P〈0.05).The soup could increase bone marrow hematopoietic cells and megakaryocytes of model rats and reduce adipose tissue and high-dose group had significant effect.Conclusion Soup with angelica,astragalus,and pig’s trotters can significantly improve hematopoietic function of the myelosuppressed model rats induced by CY.
