摘要
房地产企业是资金密集型企业,房地产企业和金融行业密不可分,相互依存,在国家和银行实施严格的宏观调控政策后,房地产企业纷纷走入融资困境。在分析融资问题产生的内外因基础上,就创新融资方式、加强房地产企业内部建设等方面提出建议。
The real estate enterprises are capital-intensive ones, closely related to banking and mutually interdependent. Due to carrying out the strict macro control policy by national government and banks, the real estate enterprises have been confronted with the financial predicament. This paper, based on an a- nalysis of the internal and external factors of financial predicament, provides some suggestions for innova- ting financing methods and enhancing the internal construction of real estate enterprises.
