摘要
高职高专艺术设计类学生应用能力强,初次就业率较高,但是就艺术设计类学生的就业现状和职业生涯发展情况来看,还存在诸多问题,阻碍了该类学生的成长与发展。其原因包括:职业规划目标不够明确、对职业生涯的长远性认识不够、对市场和设计师岗位认识不足、对自身期望值过高,职业成长方向不够明晰,就业观念不够开放等。针对以上问题进行探析,并提出相应对策。
With their practical application ability, students majored in art and design have got high rates in employment. There are, however, problems in terms of present employment situation and career plan- ning, which block students＇ growth and development. These problems include： uncertain career planning objectives ; insufficient prospective planning; inadequate knowledge of market and positions for designers ; high expectation, unclear career- oriented development and narrow employment ideas. Hence, this pa- per proposes some countermeasures for improving the situation.
