摘要
根据高职院校艺术设计类生源构成情况及对班主任工作现状的分析,围绕培养艺术设计专业人才这一目标,提出了在加强高职院校艺术设计类班主任工作中建立科学合理的管理机制,通过班级活动稳定专业思想,组建一支师德优良、管理出色的班主任队伍的思路和方法。
Based on artistic design students＇ composition in the Higher Vocational Colleges, analysis on the headteachers＇ working status quo and focusing on the aim of cultivating artistic design talents. This paper proposes how to scientifically form reasonable management mechanism in the process of reinforcing the headteaehers＇ artistic design working in the Higher Vocational Colleges. It also presents some thoughts and methods about forming a head -teacher group with developing class activities for stable professional thoughts, which is excellent in professional ethics and management.
