摘要 介绍酸再生流化床技术在制品行业表面处理中的应用。酸再生流化床技术优点:(1)耐火材料使用寿命长;(2)系统自动化程度高;(3)生产作业环境好;(4)热交换律及盐酸回收率高,可达97%;(5)产物是盐酸和氧化铁,可创造经济效益;(6)排放气体无尘无酸,符合环保要求;(7)前期设备投入小,维修费用低。以年产30万t钢绞线的产能计算,投入2 000万元引进设备,年运行费用350万元,回收盐酸、氧化铁颗粒等创收510万元,每年节省非再生处理费用100万元,年净利润超过260万元。酸再生流化床技术具有经济和社会双重效益,值得在金属制品行业废酸处理中广泛应用。 To introduce the application of acid regeneration fluid bed technology in surface treatment of metal products. Acid regeneration fluid bed technological merits : ( 1 ) refractory materials have long-life service ; (2) high system automatic level; (3) good operation environment; (4) high heat exchange rate and HC1 recovery rate at 97% ; (5) products are HC1 and FeO, which can create economic benefit; (6) exhaust gases are no dust and no acid, which satisfy environmental re- quirement; (7) few pre-equipment investment and low maintenance cost. To calculate capacity as 300 000 ton steel strand,and invest 20 000 000 RMB for new equipment, annum running cost 3 500 000 RMB, and can achieve HC1 and FeO particle,ere about 5 100 000 RMB, save 1 000 000 RMB deregeneration process fee, annual net profit rate exceeds 2 600 000 RMB. Acid regeneration fluid bed has both economy and society benefits, and deserve for widely application in the waste acid process of metal products industry.
