摘要
着重研究水玻璃砂真空硬化工艺的参数及其影响因素,并借助于扫瞄电镜对试样断口的分析,找到了影响水玻璃砂 CO_2硬化强度、溃散性及其他性能好坏的原因。生产验证证明,该工艺解决了长期以来未能解决的水玻璃砂溃散性差及旧砂回用难的问题。
The research stressed on the parameters and influence factors of the technology of sodium-silicate sand by VRH-CO_2 process,with the observa- tion of break situation of samples by S.E.M.,the reasons affecting hardening strength and colla psibility of sodium-silicate sand were found.Product ion tests have proved that the technology has found a way out of the difficulty of the sodium- silicate sand being bad in collapsibility and hard for reuse,which has beena problem unsolved for ages.
