摘要
本文结合北京市门头沟区农村集体经济产权制度改革的实践经验,探讨改制后成立的农村股份经济合作社在法律地位、股权设置、治理结构、股权流转等方面存在的法律问题,提出进一步明确其法人地位,合理化股权设置,完善治理结构,强化股权流转等法律建议,希望有助于农村股份经济合作社今后的健康发展。
Based on the practice of the property right system reform of rural collective economic organization in Mentougou District, Beijing, this paper discusses the issues of the legal status, share setting,governance structure,and share transfer of rural share-cooperative economic societies, established after the property right system reform, and goes on to make suggestions about how to further clarify the legal status, rationalize the share setting, improve the governance structure, and accelerate the share transfer, hoping to be helpful to the healthy development of rural share-cooperative societies in the future.
