摘要
以新产品开发项目为研究对象,借助净现值(NPV)方法研究中小企业创新成果保护方式,提出专利策略、加速上市策略、商业秘密策略和成本及时间策略,并对知识产权制度改进提出建议。
Dynamic innovation is the competitive advantage of SMEs. However the innovation is subjected to be imitated by rivals. So the intellectual property rights （IPRs） protection of innova- tion is extremely important for SMEs. This article examines the net present value （NPV） of product innovation project in house on different contexts. The selection of strategies of IPRs depends on NPV. The author suggests that innovation protection strategies of NPD are subject to the characteristics of the product and the market situation. The article concludes that the public sector should offer SMEs supports on reforming the IP system including subsidizing patenting fees,judicial arbitration arrangements, export and other relevant means.
