摘要
目的分析自动毫安选择扫描技术与2种不同剂量管电流恒定扫描技术对胸部CT图像质量的影响,比较各种扫描方案的辐射剂量,探讨CT自动毫安选择技术在胸部扫描中的应用价值。方法选择行胸部CT平扫检查的患者180例,随机分为管电流恒定常规毫安组、管电流恒定低毫安组及自动毫安选择组,并记录每次CT扫描的剂量指数(CTDL),剂量长度乘积(DLP)。图像质量由2名高年资的影像诊断医师和2名经验丰富影像技师采用双盲法分析和评估,评价标准分为优、合格、差三个等级。结果自动毫安选择扫描技术在胸部扫描中患者所受的辐射剂量明显低于管电流恒定常规毫安组(P<0.01),也低于管电流恒定低毫安组(P<0.01);图像质量接近管电流恒定常规组而优于管电流恒定低毫安组(P<0.01)。结论自动毫安选择扫描技术可根据受检患者个体差异及个体中不同组织厚度自动调整管电流强度,在保证诊断图像质量的前提下,可有效减少辐射剂量,在胸部扫描中有很高的应用价值。
Objective To compare the image quality and radiation dosage of DoseRight ACS and those of two different dose tube current constant scanning technology. To investigate the application value of the DoseRight ACS in chest scanning. Methods 180 cases for CT chest scanning were randomly and equally divided into three groups: the constant tube current group, the constant lower tube group and the DoseRight ACS group. CT dose indexes(CTDL), dose length product(DLP) were recorded for each group. The image quality was evaluated by two high qualified diag- nostic physicians and two experienced image technician and the evaluation scales ranked as excellent, qualified and poor. Results In the chest scanning,the radiation dosage of the DoseRight ACS group was obviously lower than that of the constant tube current group and the constant lower tube current group( P 〈0.01). The image quality of the DoseRight ACS group was close to that of the constant tube current group but better than that of the constant lower tube current group( P〈0.01). Conclusion The technology of DoseRight ACS can ajust the effective millampere sec- onds(mAS) according to the individual difference and the tissue thickness of individuals. DoseRight ACS has high ap- plication value in chest scanning since it can ensure image quality and reduce the radiation dosage.
