摘要
本文对抛丸器中分丸轮直径与抛丸量的关系从理论上进行了计算,得出了可获得最大抛丸量时分丸轮内径和外径的比值关系,以及满足所需抛射速度的抛丸轮叶片外径与分丸轮外径的比值关系,从而使得在转速、抛丸器直径确定后,可直接从公式中得出分丸轮内径和外径的数据。
The relationship of shot distributor diameter and shot blasting capacity in blast wheel is calculated theoritically.And the ratio relation of inside diameter and outside diameter of shot distributor to obtain maximum shot blasting capa- ciity,and the ratio relation of outside diameter of impeller blade and of shot dstributor to obtain blasting speed needed are determined.In case of revolving speed and diameter of blast wheel being specified,the data of the inside and outside diameters of shot distributor can be determined directly from the formula.
