摘要
以安徽省为例,在分析安徽省制造业利用FDI的新动向的基础上,对安徽省制造业结构升级的正反两方面影响进行研究,提出了利用外资改造传统产业和发展高新技术产业并重,吸引跨国公司加大R&D的投资力度,实施创新发展战略,调整外商优惠政策和推动产业园区建设等优化安徽省制造业结构的对策建议。
Taking Anhui Province as the example, this paper studies the pros and cons of the structural upgrading of manufacturing industry in Anhui province, based on the analysis of their new trends of FDI utilizing. It proposes some suggestions on upgrading the structure of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province as laying equal stress on transforming traditional industry with foreign investment and developing high and new technology industries, attracting transnational corporations, enlarging the RD investment, formulating innovative developing strategy, adjusting the incentive to foreign traders and enhancing the industrial area construction.
