摘要
莱钢轧钢厂中小型车间桥式起重机大车制动系统的常闭式抱闸采用打反车制动方式 ,存在刹车曲线不合理、易发生事故等问题。为此 ,对制动系统进行改造 ,将抱闸改为常开式 ,使制动系统安全性好 ,不受行车停电、掉电的影响 ,刹车曲线合理 。
The engine driver brake system of bridge crane in medium small section workshop of rolling steel plant of Laiwu iron and steel group Co ,Ltd exists some problems consisted of unreasonable brake curve,easy appearance accident,etc Through reformating to brake system which is to change old brake to stationary opened brake,the brake system has good safty,is uninfluenced by service interruption at drive,has reasonable brake cruve and convenient adjustment
