摘要
为提高烧结矿产量 ,张钢采取了改进原料混匀工艺 ,强化混料制粒效果 ,改造吸风机开展堵漏风专项治理 ,加宽台车 ,采用偏析布料技术 ,改善点火质量 ,推行原料层烧结技术以及严格执行设备点检制度和实施计划检修以提高烧结日历作业率等措施 ,使张钢烧结矿产量大幅度增加 。
For increasing the production capacity of sintered ore some measures included of improving mixing process of raw material,strengthening granulating effect of mixed raw material,improving suction blower for developing spacial administration of preventing air leak,widening sintering car,using of segregation distribuation material technique,imporving firing quality,performing sintering technique of thick material layer,performing inspection equipment system at required post and implementing plan maintenance system for increasing the calendar operation ratio of sintering machine,etc,were taken on in Zhangdian iron and steel general works Thus,various indexes of economy and technique have had obvious improvement
