The characteristic of programmable watchdog monitored EEPROM chip X25045 and its linking to single chip computer are introduced.Based on date transfer form of X25045,and time series,read and write operation is realized by way of software programming.Application to 1800V DC electric locomotive power supply in industry and mining is briefly described.
