摘要
研究了铜 - 8羟基喹啉显色体系在萘相中的显色反应。在NaAc -HAc(pH4)介质中 ,铜 - 8羟基喹啉显色络合物能定量地被萘萃取 ,且固相色阶明显。铜在 0~ 60 μg/ 4 0mL范围内符合比尔定律。该法用于铜矿中铜的分析 。
The colour reaction of copper with 8 hydorxyquinoline in naphthalene phase has been studied. In the medium of NaAc-HAc (pH 4), the coloured complex of copper-8 hydroxyquinoline can be quantitatively extracted with naphthalene. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 60μg/40mL of copper. The method has been applied to the determination of micro copper in copper ore with satisfactory results.
