摘要
详细介绍了新试剂N邻甲苯基N’ (对氨基苯磺酸钠 )硫脲 (OMPT)的合成。经过红外、紫外、核磁共振和元素分析等方法测试 ,确定了其组成和结构。并研究了试剂与钯 的显色反应 ,建立了光度法测定微量钯 的新方法。在 pH4 0~ 5 8的HAc -NaAc缓冲体系中 ,该试剂和钯 形成一种稳定的组成比为 1∶2的水溶性络合物 ,络合物的最大吸收峰位于 31 8 0nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2 74× 1 0 5 。钯 在 0 2 0~ 1 0 4μg/2 5mL服从比尔定律 ,相关系数r=0 9997。将该法应用于阳极泥和矿石样品中微量钯的测定 。
The new reagent N (o methylphenyl) N' (sodium p aminobenzenesulfonate)thiourea (OMPT) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, HNMR, IR and UV spectra, The color reaction of OMPT with palladium(Ⅱ) was also studied. In HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH4.0~5.8, Pd 2+ reacted with OMPT to form a 1∶2 stable water soluble complex with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε=2.74×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 318.0 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.2~10 4μg per 25mL for palladium(Ⅱ), the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of palladium in the anode mud and ore samples.
