摘要
家电用彩涂板是美国、日本、西欧等发达国家在 80年代开发的卷材涂层的新产品 ,由于家电行业要求彩涂板高光泽、优良弯曲性以及表面无缺陷 ,因此 ,生产此产品是非常困难的 ,甚至在发达国家也只有少数几个著名公司才能生产。宝钢近二年来 ,开发家电用彩涂板取得可喜的进展 ,文章概要介绍产品的质量和品种 。
The precoated steel sheet for electric household appliance is the new coil coating product developed by the United States and some other developed countries in 1980’s.Only very few famous companies in developed countries are able to produce the product because it is required to have the features of high gloss,excellent flexibility and no surface defect by the electric household appliance industry.Baosteel has made encouraging progress in developing this pre coated steel sheet in recent two years.Both the quality and variety of the products are described,and some problems in production and its solution are also put forward in this article.
