摘要
针对近几年国有大中型企业经济效益严重滑坡 ,发展阻力越来越大的现象 ,从战略的角度就问题存在的原因、克服困难的途径 ,以及企业的发展方向和应采取的措施等方面 ,给予研究和探讨 ,旨在提高对搞好国有大中型企业重要性的认识 ,寻求企业生存与发展的关系 ,使国有大中型企业生产经营尽快得以健康有序的发展。
In view of existing situation that the economic effect and the development of large and medium-sized state enterprises went steadily downhill,this paper studied the causes and the way of solving these difficultise,analysed the development direction and the countermeasures of doing the state enterprises well.
