摘要 研究了等温淬火对 GCr1 5钢力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,经 850°C奥氏体化和 2 4 0°C等温 1 5~ 60 min,可获得强韧配合的最佳值 ,且其基体硬度仍保持在 57.4~ 61 HRC,有效地提高了GCr1 The paper reported the effect of austemper on the mechanical properties of GCr15 bearing steel. The results showed that the strengthness and the impact toughness of the steel could be improved obviously with different isothermal temperature and duration time. The optimum cobination of the strengthness and the impact toughness could be obtained by austemper at 240°C for 15~60 min after anstenilized at 850°C. And the hardness of the steel could be maintained in 57.4~61HRC simultaneously.
