体外循环后急性肾损伤早期生化标记物的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)下心脏直视手术的一种常见并发症。AKI的发生与患者ICU停留时间、住院时间、死亡率有显著的相关性。目前AKI的诊断主要依靠术后血清肌酐的变化,
