CD44分子在视网膜上表达及其相关疾病的研究进展

摘要 CD44是细胞粘附分子的重要成员之一,介导细胞与细胞或细胞与细胞外基质间相互接触和结合的一类膜表面糖蛋白分子,广泛分布于细胞表面,参与组织发育、炎症反应、创伤修复等许多病理生理过程。本文对CD44在视网膜上的表达、功能、及与视网膜相关疾病的关系进行综述。 CD44 is one of adhesion molecules.It is cell surface glycoprotein which mediated cell-cell or cell-extracellular matrix contact with each other.It is widely distributed on the cell surface.CD44 plays an important role in morphogenesis,inflammatory and Wound repair.This article summarizes the expression and function of CD44 in the retina and relation with retina diseases.
