Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% momestasone furoate ointment combining with 0.1% tretinoin cream for Chloasma. Methods 76 cases of chloasma were randomly divided into control group(37 cases) and treatment group (39 cases).Patients in control group were only administered with 0.1% tretinoin cream, while patients in treatment group were administered with the mixture of 0.1% momestasone furoate ointment and 0.1% tretinoin cream in 1to 1 proportion every night. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The rates of effectiveness and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The rates of effectiveness in control group and treatment group were 64.86%and 84.61%.There was significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were 59.46%and 17.95%.There was significant difference between two groups (P〈0.01).
